The team done a partial clearance at a three-bedroom house in Southampton on Wednesday.
As you can see from the above images, there was not a huge amount to be removed, though we were able to donate a lot to local charities.

Living Room:
A mid century teak three-seat velvet upholstered sofa and two matching armchairs, a small oak side table, a mid century chrome extendable floor lamp with cream shade, a Royal Doulton crystal vase with faux flower arrangement, three modern leaf wall canvases, a mid century teak sideboard, a circular brass framed wall mirror, a circular Moroccan style brass wall panel, two boxes of bric-a-brac.
Bedrooms:
Two single divan bed bases with single bounce back mattresses, two pink velvet upholstered button back headboards, a modern square wall canvas, a metal folding clothes hose, four black bags of bedding, a white wood double wardrobe with two drawers to the base, a tall chest of drawers, a vintage Lloyd Loom upholstered top blanket box, an oak pendulum wall clock, two single divan bed bases and mattresses, a pair of oak ladder back leather upholstered chairs, a tall white double wardrobe.
Living Room 2:
A vintage Parker Knoll fabric upholstered two-seat sofa with matching armchair, a small vintage table lamp with shade, six scatter cushions, one box of bric-a-brac.
Hallway:
A nest of circular black glass and chrome tables.
Kitchen:
Six boxes of vintage crockery, a four-piece lidded stainless steel saucepan set.
